For wounds-silver (All) – findings
Silver badge for being wounded three or four times in combat or during an air raid, or for being severely wounded. External or internal injuries count as an immediate or indirect effect of a combat device. Injuries resulting from careless or reckless handling of one's own weapon do not count...Multiple wounds sustained by a soldier during a single combat action count only once. This does not apply, however, if the soldier regains the same injury in a later combat action. The Silver Badge may be awarded immediately, regardless of the number of wounds, if the wound resulted in the loss of an arm, leg, or eye, or if it resulted in total deafness or deafness bordering on deafness. It may also be awarded to persons with brain injury or to those who have suffered facial disfigurement. Material - silver-plated tombak or zinc.
