If you are interested in visiting Jeseníky, you can visit the Museum of the History of the village and prison camps 1941-1945. The exposition about the prisoner of war camps in Jesenik is the result of many years of research and incredible passion for the cause. Roman has also managed to contact some family members of deceased and surviving prisoners not only in Russia, Europe but even in NovaNew Zealand, who then visited the exhibition and learned more about the fate of their grandfathers and fathers during the war.
There is more, of course. For example, putting faces to some of the until recently empty stones symbolizing the buried Russian prisoners of war in the Reyvíz camp and much more. The museum is located in the village of Česká Ves Jánského 250. It will be open from spring.
