Sondu 12x10 mám na GM4 a je super, ale jednu z těch malinkejch bych časem rád taky pořídil. Jen by to chtělo to video, ale holt počasí zatím moc nepřeje
New probes for Golden Mask metal detectors
Categories: Golden Mask - Reviews and tests , Golden Mask GM4 metal detector
New probes for the Golden Mask detectors are coming to market in early February. For those looking for maximum depth or trying to achieve the best separation results, I think this is very interesting news. The probes are available for both the main Golden Maks detector ranges at both 8kHz and 18kHz.
Maximum range
To maximize range, two probes are now in the production range, a 12x10" (30x25cm) and a 15x12" (38x30cm). Both probes are manufactured with new technology and are therefore significantly lighter, even with their large size. While the 30x10cm probe can be considered almost essential in areas with minor or medium waste contamination, the large 38x30cm probe is designed for the greatest depth range. Here, however, it must be taken into account that the separation properties will deteriorate in heavily contaminated sites.
The probes do not lose sensitivity despite their size. They are available for both main detector series Golden Mask. (Probe GM 2D 30x25 for 8kHz, Probe GM 2D 30x25 cm 18kHz, Probe GM 2D 38x30 8kHz and Probe GM 2D 38x30 18kHz).
Versatility
The proven Golden Mask 2D 27cm round probes have also evolved. The probes are now lighter and more powerful. Basically, only the "hoof" of the original probe remains. The probes are supplied as a basic accessory for all types of detectors Golden Mask and are available in both 8kHz and 18kHz operating frequencies. (GM 2D 27cm 8kHz probe, GM 2D 27cm 18kHz probe)
Separation
Two new probes, the 7" (17cm) and the 8" (20cm) are coming to market. The probes are designed to search for natural gold and the smallest gold and silver objects. The separation properties are excellent and the same applies to their weight and range. So the range will certainly surprise you and as soon as the weather permits we will do some field tests to introduce both probes. They are available for both series of detectors Golden Mask (Probe GM 2D 17cm 8kHz, Probe 2D 20cm 8kHz, Probe 2D 17cm 18kHz and Probe 2D 20cm 18kHz).
The 8" probe is an improved version of the original closed 8"Golden Mask for 8kHz detectors. The probe has the same features as the open probes Golden Mask, only it is a few grams heavier. The use for finding small targets is also the same, only with this probe you will never have branches or mud getting tangled inside. These probes are preferred by many searchers and seem to be celebrating a literal renaissance with several manufacturers these days.
Tests
A test of the new 7", 8" and 12x10" probes appears in the GM4 new detector reviews. We originally thought the test might be done in early March. However, due to the weather, the date will definitely be postponed because the fields where we wanted to properly test the smaller probes, especially on a large number of targets, are currently unusable.
