The exhibition introduces the Hradisko u Kroměříž, a site that played a key role in the Bronze Age as a political, religious and commercial centre of Central Moravia. The local fortified settlement is evidenced, among other things, by three exceptional bronze treasures that you can now see for yourself - together for the first time!
What to expect:
- 850 bronze objects from the last treasure, weighing an incredible 40 kg - one of the largest mass finds in Moravia!
- A rich exhibition mapping the prehistoric settlement of Hradisko, from the earliest traces to the Bronze Age.
- A fascinating insight into the life of our ancestors who not only lived here, but also traded and worshipped their gods.
