How to find the original owners of wedding rings and other gold jewellery

I had a pretty successful year this year and managed to track down and return several wedding rings. Most of the time it was a custom search where the original owners knew at least the approximate location where they lost it. This year was even successful and I report a 100% success rate :D.

Anyway, during the summer, one quite young snook was accidentally found, so I thought I'd try the other side and try to track down the owner on my own. And I did !!!! Yesterday, after almost 2 years in the water, the wedding ring was returned to its original owner, who had long since given up hope :D.

Anyone would probably think, if there is some engraving with name and date in the ring to look for the surrounding registry, but this method gives little chance of success, or else. It is very time consuming to go around to every registry office in the area and it may not even work yet.

Today I'm going to show you a method that I don't think many people know about, but in the case of newer jewelry from domestic production leads 100% to finding the specific jeweler who made the jewel and he can usually trace the contact to the client.
