Service. The upgrade will take 2-4 days (excluding shipping time). In the case of a valid warranty, an inspection and service will be done and any other parts will be replaced. If the warranty has expired, you will be notified by email as to what else needs to be repaired or replaced and how much it would cost.
Extended Warranty. This is an opportunity to renew your warranty. If your warranty is still valid and you wish to extend your warranty, we will need the documents issued by the dealer at the time of sale to show when the detector was purchased. The warranty period will then be extended by 3 years.

Sending the detector: When sending the detector international you will only pay shipping to the USA, it will be sent back to you free of charge. Detectors purchased from July 1, 2014 - December 31, 2014 are eligible for a free upgrade, again you will only pay shipping to the USA. For instructions on how to ship your detector, please see the Shipping Instructions you will receive on your upgrade purchase confirmation. Your order number must be clearly marked on the box where you write it after the letters UP ....
Camo version of the F75 LTD: The camo version of the F75 will be upgraded without the camo display control face. Here you need to specify whether you want to use the new black faceplate or you wish to reuse your old one in a camo finish.
Note to international customers
If you have to deal with customs procedure, we recommend the following.
- Visit a customs declarant before shipping, who will advise you on how to do this, or prepare the SAD form himself (the fee for 1 item is about 350,- CZK).
- Show your detector to customs before packing and show them the proof of purchase, its serial number corresponding to the receipt/invoice.
- Send a copy of the receipt with the Serial No. and proof of purchase together with the detector to the company in El Paso. Also include a statement that the detector is going back to the USA factory for upgrades and will be sent back to you.
- After the detector is upgraded,Fisher will add this document of yours to their documentation and send everything back together for your customs clearance.

Bohužel, chtěli jsme to nabídnout jako hromadnou službu, ale zdá se že to taky nepujde. Každý musí sám za sebe.
Největší problém bude ta vyclívací pošta Ruzyně při cestě detíku domů:-)))
Aspoň u mě vždy byl...jak při samotným nákupu ,tak u reklamace....
U věcí z Číny takovej problém nebyl,ale z usa pokaždé
Tak to je opravdu škoda, že to u nás nepude. Ty celnický peripetie se mi fakt absolvovat nechce.
mám sice mámu na celní poště,ale i tak bych si to nelajsnul 
A dať 159 Dol. za Ltd a 300dolarov za standard75ku +75poštovne do TX len pre zrušenie EMI sa mi zda asi aj dosť, moj nazor len to je a samozrejme s fakturovanej sumi DPH bude štát scieť

Tak jsem se po tom začal pídit, ale v současné době to vypadá na neřešitelný problém pro fyzickou osobu. Něco podobného zatím neřešili ale uvidíme. Jinak expresní balík (do 10 dnů doručení) vychází cca 800 Kč bez pojištění, normální balík (doručení max do 40 dnů) cca 400 Kč a pochopitelně musím ještě prověřit tu výše zmiňovanou vyclívací poštu v Ruzyni. Je možné že ostatní náklady převýší cenu úpravy ale počkám jak to bude dál pokračovat. Pokud někdo do toho půjdete tak schválně dejte vědět.
Faonek - na to maj nějaký lhůty snad ne? Požadoval bych odstoupení od smlouvy !!
Na či bude dobrý ten upgrede mam f75 uz 7 roku
nazdar. Detektor som odosielal do El Pasa 30.3. v den ked koncila akcia na upgrade a bezproblemov mi vyhoveli dokonca aj napriek tomu ze mi to neslo sprostredkovat cez ich stranku tak sme to riesili emailovou komunikaciou. Vcera som bol vyrozumeny ze sa detektor upgaduje a v najblizsich dnoch mi bude odoslany 
nemozem sa dockat!!!
Tak detektor sa vratil v poriadku a som neadmieru spokojny
