Comfort with PulseDive from Nokta

The new Pulse Dive tracker has been here for a few weeks now, so not only have we tested it properly, but we've also made a video where you can see how to pair the tracker with the headset and detector. Then in the second video you can also see the ranges.

Basically, as has been written a few times, there is no one at our company who doesn't take it in the "Scuba set" on a holiday to the seaside. Given the vastly superior range, snorkeling should be really fun and who would chase fish when they can search.

But for now, let's just focus on the finder. Whether you have just the pinpointer or the whole Scuba set, the fishfinder is the same (same features, performance, etc). The fishfinder is a rugged one, and it also has to be, because diving to 60 meters simply requires it. So the detector can withstand just about anything mechanically. In addition, a protective attachment is included and so the finder remains in 100% condition even if you occasionally poke around in the soil a bit with it.

The range is well above standard and you can tell that the pinpointer is a PI. There is also no need to worry about batteries as the pinpoint has its own power supply. The buttons are also nicely done and I'm quite happy that the controls are on the body, as the battery cap solution, like the classic Nokta type of rangefinder, doesn't suit me so well.

Nokta with the Pulse Dive fishfinder especially in the Scuba set comes with something new and definitely fills a hole in the market as the only manufacturer that has produced a similar thing so far, Treasure Product, is really significantly worse off compared to Nokta. Both the design, the workmanship and the idea with the possibility of changing the probe can basically not be faulted. The only minor nitpick is the two levels of tone and vibration when approaching the subject.

In the video you can see how to pair the tracker with the headphones and detector. It's a feature not seen as much yet, and while it won't improve the range or sensitivity of the detector, it may be of great interest to many searchersIt's a feature that will make searching more enjoyable and adds an extra level of convenience.
