jde o znak pohraniční stráže - konkrétně je to přívěšek z vojenské knížky, který v 50-60 letech dostávali vojáci do vojenské knížky k identifikačním známkám. Nenosil se na klopě, to by musel mít buď dvě pacičky(na každé straně jednu), nebo dva kroužky po stranách.
