František Ladislav Rieger was a Czech liberal politician, businessman and co-founder of the National Party. In connection with the Revolution of 1897, he was elevated to the nobility. Even in the last stage of his life he was still in good spirits.

At the beginning of December 1437, Emperor Sigismund died in Znojmo. Pain and burning all over his body, of which he constantly complained, tormented him until the last moment. Following the example of Charlemagne, he put on a monk's habit just before his death.

He became the personal physician of Emperors Maximilian II and Rudolf II. The latter made Thaddeus of Hajek the head of alchemical workshops. He also wrote several valuable works. He was born on 1 December 1525.

30 November 1938 Emil Hácha elected President

The obedient official Emil Hácha bowed to the authorities of the Czech political scene at a time when no one was too eager for the presidency. After the cession of large border areas to Hitler's Germany in early October 1938, the situation in the country was difficult.

29.11.1378 Charles IV died.

In the autumn of 1378, the sixty-two-year-old Charles very unfortunately broke his femoral neck, was bedridden and had pneumonia. His body could not take it anymore, and the emperor died on 29 November.
