The bronze treasure was found nine years ago in a field near Líšt'any. It contained 105 objects from the older Bronze Age. They come from the so-called Unetic culture, i.e. from about four thousand years ago. The depot was discovered by a pair of prospectors with metal detectors.

A medieval pen dating from the 11th century was discovered at Caherconnell Fort in the Burren area of County Clare. The shaft of the dip pen is made of hollow bird bone, the nib of bronze. It dates from a period in which literacy was very rare and even the educated elite used classical bird pens at the time.

The beautiful Viking artefacts known as Bedale Hoard were restored seven years ago and restored to their original beauty. The objects, believed to date from the early 10th century, were discovered by metal detectorists in North Yorkshire.

Three years after it was found during excavations in an ancient cemetery, a rare bronze Roman rooster has been given a permanent home. It was taken over by Cirencester Museum in autumn 2014. The figurine dates from the second century.

Eight years ago, extensive research was carried out in the centre of Rýmařov in connection with the total reconstruction of Peace Square and Radniční Street. The archaeologists discovered the foundations of a house from the thirteenth century, but also a number of artefacts such as an axe-mlat or earrings.

Originally looking for stones for his garden, he eventually discovered a bronze treasure near Nová Role in the Karlovy Vary region. Specifically, it was objects from the Early Bronze Age such as bracelets, armlets or a ring. Five years ago, the Karlovy Vary Museum announced that it would exhibit the bronze treasure.

At least thirteen people were buried in a mass grave in Dobronín in the Jihlava region. This news was reported by the media eleven years ago. According to testimonies, the German inhabitants destined for removal were supposed to be buried in the grave.
