Not sure yet. Not magnetic. Most NS rings were made of silver. Trying to clean it more an find a hallmark on the inside of the ring. Ring is heavy and massive. Will let you know.

Really interesting ring! 
The ring has ges. gesch. stamped on the inside which stands for gesetzlich geschutz. Translated this means copyright protected, no reproduction allowed. Under this is B.V.A. which is Bundes Verwaltungs Amt, a branch of the government. Im 99 percent sure its Solid 800 silver. Difficult to find the Hallmark, extremely tarnished. Weight is 16 grams. Will post pictures when cleanup is finished.
It looks very good after cleaning.
